SeaArk Africa will develop a 1200-hectare hi-tech prawn farming facility, employing 11000 people at Coega in the Eastern Cape, after a successful pilot phase.

SeaArk Africa will develop a 1200-hectare hi-tech prawn farming facility, employing 11000 people at Coega in the Eastern Cape, after a successful pilot phase.

The project, expected to reach full capacity by 2014, will cost R9,2 billion. SeaArk Africa is owned by the Bosasa group, a diversified broad-based black economic empowered company.
