A joint investigation between police and chocolate manufacturer Cadbury led to the arrest of three employees for theft in Waltloo, Pretoria, on Friday.

They were caught red-handed while delivering R30000 worth of stolen sweets and chocolates at SSS Wholesalers in the Waltloo industrial site near Mamelodi.

Atteridgeville police spokesman Captain Thomas Mufamadi said Cadbury had hired a private investigator after experiencing a massive stock disappearance at their factory in Johannesburg. - Sipho Masombuka
