Despite suffering some setbacks, Moroka Swallows are determined to collect the full points against SuperSport in an Absa Premiership game at Germiston tonight.

Swallows general manager Sipho Xulu said some of their players are doubtful because of injuries.

"We've got a number of players to select from and with the mood in the camp we hope to deliver," he said.

Players such as Goodman Mazibuko, Evans Gwekwerere, James Chamanga and Lefa Tsutsulupa are determined to give their opponents a run for their money.

Gavin Hunt's charges are still motivated by their previous victory at home against Orlando Pirates.

Their last meeting with the Birds was when United eliminated Swallows in the SAA Supa8 quarterfinal in Rustenburg.

"I scored against them at Germiston in the Supa8, and this season I scored a brace again in the same competition. I think this time around it's going be a different game because past results don't matter," said United's free-kick specialist Daine Klate.

l Santos team manager Yusuf Gester is determined to see his side registering their first win at home, when they host Thanda Royal Zulu at Athlone tomorrow at 8pm.

Players Eleazar Rodgers, Erwin Isaacs, Ryan Chapman and Thembile Kanono could be good enough to see their side collect the full points.

Thanda Royal's team manager Thabane Gumede said the boys were highly motivated and they needed a win at all costs to move away from the dreaded relegation zone.

Meanwhile, Free State Stars' team manager Rantsi Mokoena believes that his side will collect the full points when they meet Platinum Stars in a league game at Goble Park in Bethlehem on Sunday.

"Probably we'll be having new faces against our opponents whom coach Kinna [Phiri] used during the Moqhaka Charity Cup," he said.

The Tycoons' spokesman, Thamaga Mokgophi, said they were trying to put things in their correct perspective.
