Free State police have offered a reward of up to R50000 for information about the murder of two women whose bodies were found at a rubbish dump in Bothaville last month.

Free State police have offered a reward of up to R50000 for information about the murder of two women whose bodies were found at a rubbish dump in Bothaville last month.

"A reward will be offered to anyone with information. The organised crime unit initiated an intensive investigation, but until recently nobody has been arrested," police spokesman Captain Stephen Thakeng said yesterday.

The women left their homes in Kgotsong, Bothaville,on September 15 to collect wood.

"The two were reported missing, until their bodies were discovered on October 23. They were almost in a decomposed state," said Thakeng.
