Now you can relive the era or drool over the good times through the celebrated Broadway and West End Musical that will hit our shores in 2008.
It is based on the film starring Travolta as Tony Manero, a troubled youngster from Brooklyn whose weekends are dominated by visits to a local disco. Here, he is the king and he temporarily forgets his dead-end job, clashes with his unsupportive and squabbling parents, racial tensions and his gang of dead-beat friends.
It is the classic story of hope over tragedy with the electric combination of music and dance fused with a blistering soundtrack and some of musical theatre's most groundbreaking choreography.
The play is choreographed by Arlene Phillips.
