The accused, Xolisa Mngcongo, 26, is out on warning. He has claimed that sex with the girl was consensual, and that she had told him she was 16.
The girl said she was grabbed by the man. "I was screaming and crying. He told me not to tell anybody. He said he would give me a cellphone and some money." - Sapa
