Your article about the the lack of equality in soccer and rugby was entertaining and informative. I agree with what you say regarding the distribution in South Africa. I must add that this distribution will take long to correct, more especially if we have naive ministers distributing resources in the Eastern Cape only.

As for this line... "As a matter of fact rugby is played (competitively at the highest level), by no more than 10 nations", it seems kinda true. But bear in mind that the same happens in soccer, only about six nations stand a chance of winning the World Cup, and that excludes England and South Africa.
