We should not be surprised that our loved ones are murdered and raped daily. We let the government get away with murder!

One would expect government to use the necessary force to protect citizens.

On the contrary, a person with a criminal record is appointed the health minister.

The Ekurhuleni police chief is famous for planting bombs in restaurants, killing innocent people and driving drunk.

The top cop in the country is a friend of an alleged murderer with Mafia links.

Vusi Pikoli is fired for trying to clean up the crime problem from the top by issuing a warrant of arrest for the top cop.

The minister of agriculture fuels farm murders with false facts. She later admits that her facts are questionable.

In the police service, capable policemen are refused promotion on the basis of their race.

And the president protects all these people.

Quoting the president: "Crime is not a problem". Clearly he and other policy makers in the government are happy with the high crime levels.
