The recovered vehicles included a Nissan bakkie, an Opel Monza, a Mazda Sting and a Yamaha motorcycle whose engine numbers had been tampered with.
Inspector Lolo Mangena said the men, aged 26 and 33, were part of a vehicle theft syndicate in Pretoria.
