SABC only appreciates singers in death

It is a shame that we South Africans give more credit to overseas artist than to our own. When will we realise that we are committing national suicide?

It is a shame that we South Africans give more credit to overseas artist than to our own. When will we realise that we are committing national suicide?

SABC in particular, only plays the music of our singers when they die.

The national broadcaster did this when Brenda Fassie, Gita Baloyi, Lebo Mathosa, TK and Jabu Khanyile died.

And now Lucky Dube is the latest victim of this SABC pretence.

For God's sake SABC, please don't do this to our artists. Please stop playing double standards and stop exploiting our artists.
