Sophie Ndaba enjoys playing Queen Moroka in Generations and is staying put.

"Generations fans might have been confused by Queen's sudden departure to Australia, but I am still part of the show."

Ndaba, who has just divorced Themba, her former actor husband of many years, says she is not seeing another man yet.

"When the time is right, God will give me the man that I want. I don't stand on street corners looking for men. I am a busy woman."

Ndaba was reluctant to talk about her divorce. The actress and businesswoman is involved in a number of social responsibility projects. On Monday, she was at the Boksburg Prison where inmates observed Correctional Services Week.

"I am invited to many events at various prisons, especially to projects that involve youth.

"As a mother, I find the projects very interesting because they prepare the youth for the real world outside. We help because we don't want to see them going back to jail."

The soft-hearted Ndaba said that if she had time, she would love to establish an orphanage.

"I grew up in an orphanage and know what it is like to live there. I would love to do that for children, but I'm a busy woman and I don't want to start something that I won't be able to run myself," Ndaba said.
