WALES - British royal Princess Anne narrowly escaped death on Monday when her helicopter caught fire during an official engagement.
The princess, 57, was forced to jump from the aircraft after it filled with smoke in Denbigh High School in North Wales following a visit to a local infirmary.
The princess continued her engagements by car, travelling to a factory in nearby Wrexham after the incident.
