It will be another three months before judgement is passed on self-confessed serial rapist Bheki Mkhwanazi after his case was postponed in the Johannesburg High Court yesterday.

Mkhwanazi, 38, of Daveyton in Benoni pleaded guilty to the rape charges, saying he couldn't control his erection.

He said in his confession: "I stopped once I was satisfied."

Mkhwanazi was convicted last year after he confessed to having repeatedly raped six women between May and August in 2004.

His reign of terror started in May 2004, five months after he was released on parole for rape.

He has five previous rape convictions.

In the current trial he was convicted on 13 counts of rape, four of indecent assault and six of aggravated robbery.

Mkhwanazi has blamed his high sex drive on witchcraft .

The court heard that he had sought medical help after fellow inmates complained about his regular masturbation.

Judgement will be passed on December 10.
