HI attended Somizi Mhlongo's Tha Divo launch in Pretoria, at Capellos, State Theatre. I was at first irritated by the fact that I had to drive 40km to get there, but it proved to be well worth it. HI saw the two divas of etv's Rhythm City Kelly Khumalo and Lucia Mtiyane. Kelly wore exactly the same outfit she had worn to a recent do. I swear they were the same shoes as her partner in crime's, but in a different colour. I do have to say that girl has a voice and a half.

HI saw Sharon Dee being alone as usual. Where is her Zimbabwean husband of Mamelodi Sundowns fame, Peter Ndlovu? Could she be humming "local is lekker" after all the loneliness she has experienced?

HThe gay trio 3Sum were all over the place at Somizi's launch, really looking the part. Koyo arrived a little later with his partner Ephraim Molingoane, who also looked fabulous. They had Babalwa Mneno in tow, looking like a million dollars as usual. Come to think of it, there were many models at the launch but none as hot as our Babs.

HI thought Iko Mash and Toriso were the hottest drag queens I know. Guess what? I met another one, Jacky Tshokwe, who is Dion Chang's PA. Stunning! Girls, watch out.

HI saw Arthur Mafokate at the launch and since it was a per invite event, could it mean that he and Somizi have buried the hatchet and are now on good terms? Mmm, interesting development. On the bright side, it can only mean that the beef is finally over. Perhaps the fact that Mr Mhlongo has become a born-again Christian helps.

HI couldn't help but watch Khanyi Mbau's performance on Live the other night and I need to stop her copying Lebo's Awu Dede. There will never be another Lebo Mathosa in this lifetime. Khanyi's performance needs a lot of help, so instead of copying she should rather improve her gig. They should remove those Ugly Betty glasses.

HOff to KB Pinana, or Motsilenyana's, launch in Newtown and I must say her music is on another level. Her voice is stunning and she's stunning, but her costumes do need a bit of help. I looked around for Terry Pinana but ultimately gave up because the dude just was not there.

HI saw Arthur, with Chomee, this time around. They looked as if they were studying KB's performance. When are we ever going to see her move around alone? Doesn't she have a boyfriend or a roll-on at least?

HI managed to gate-crash one of the owners of BMW City Auto's birthday party. Guess who I saw there? Our own Bob Mabena and his charming wife Zandi Nzalo. However, Zandi my sista, mini-skirts are demanding. Don't you know that a mini requires you to work out in the gym to be able to wear them?
