The case against Glenn Agliotti, accused of murdering mining magnate Brett Kebble was again postponed in the Johannesburg magistrate's court on Friday.

The Scorpions requested a postponement, saying they were not ready to proceed with the trial.

Gerrie Nel, Scorpions prosecutor, said they wanted to investigate the criminal charges against Agliotti further.

The case was postponed till January 22 next year.

Nel said the case was one of a series of cases linked to a massive organised crime investigation. "There are other cases implicating Agliotti that need to be dealt with first, he said.

Agliotti is due to appear in the Germiston magistrate's court tomorrow on drug-dealing charges.
