Was it a funeral or fashion show?

Cleavage and long legs caught the attention of mourners at Gift Leremi's funeral, which some could have mistaken for a social gathering.

The beautiful ladies flaunting their "assets" intoxicated many male mourners.

Many of them wore short pants and bare-backed tops as the chosen fashion statement at the funeral. It was evident the lasses were dressed to kill to attract players' attention.

When players from Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs arrived, the ladies put in their appearances. Many of them acted in a coy manner and giggled at the players.

Others mustered courage, but only waved from a distance. Those who were bold enough demanded a handshake as the players walked past.

Motshabi Vilakazi, former wife of the Bafana Bafana midfielder Benedict Vilakazi, boasted such a prominently boosted cleavage that it almost hid her face.

"It is good to see you in person, guys. We always see you on TV," said one elated woman after shaking the hand of an Orlando Pirates player.

Thousands of soccer fans flocked to the Grace Bible Church in Pimville, Soweto, for the star-studded funeral.
