"He will be leaving at the next congress of the Youth League because the (organisation's) constitution will no longer allow him to participate, said ANCYL spokesman Zizi Kodwa.
Mbalula, 36, yesterday told the SABC at the ANCYL's birthday celebrations: "I've reached the point where in the next conference, both in terms of my age and in terms of my participation in the organisation, I will not be available any more for leadership." - Sapa
