Despite their slim 1-0 win over Benoni Premier United, SuperSport United assistant coach Thomas Madigage says there is still a lot of work to be done with the team.

He was speaking to Sowetan after his charges bagged valuable points in a Castle Premiership encounter played at Germiston Stadium on Friday night.

"I was not impressed by the performance of my boys on the night. They did not play according to the game plan,'' said a disappointed Madigage.

"However, it is back to the drawing board ahead of the crucial SAA Supa8 semifinal against Orlando Pirates on Thursday," he added.

This game will be played at King's Park Rugby Stadium in Durban at 7.30pm.

Matsatsantsa a Pitori's winning goal came in the 76th minute through Katlego Mphela from the spot kick after substitute Tefera Fikru was brought down by Benoni Premier United's Nkosinathi Ngema inside the box.
