"We have filed papers to say why they are not entitled to an interdict as wide-ranging as they have sought," said the newspaper's attorney, Eric van den Berg.
He said the minister wanted to prevent the paper from commenting on or publishing further information on her health records. She also wants Sunday Times reporters to delete their notes about her hospital records.
Her application wants to interdict the paper from gaining unauthorised access to other confidential records, he said. - Sapa
