They must speak Setswana so that, if they have our papers, we are comfortable that they are with us. This is why it is so difficult for shady characters to come to Botswana unlawfully.

Then I read that he was being investigated for fraudulently obtaining a South African ID. The probe is a waste of time. He is not South African. His accent gives him away. He should be sent back to his country immediately.
