Top golfers and Members of Parliament have been invited by West Orlando golf club to take part in their golf day at the Soweto Country Club in Pimville tomorrow.
Among the golfers are Andrew Mlangeni, Bantu Holomisa, Keith Kunene, Siphiwe Nyanda and Cyril Ramaphosa.
Simon Setsoe, tournament director, said they were also inviting golfers from other provinces to come and play.
"We have extended invitations to a number of golf clubs and to individuals who are keen to take part on the day. We have a lot of prizes and hope that all golfers will enjoy themselves," said Setsoe.
The green fee is R150 per golfer and that includes dinner and beverages.
Tee off time will be 8am and the game will be played over 18 holes. For more information call Setsoe on 084-321-5923.
l The Crowned Plover golf club will host a Women's Day golf tournament at the Parkview Country Club today.
Tournament organiser Juliana Makapan said they were inviting all women golfers to take part in the event.
She said proceeds from the tournament will be donated to a charity organisation.
