Usher's wedding has been mysteriously scrapped.
The R&B superstar was hoping to wed his pregnant fiancee, Tameka Foster, on Saturday at record executive Antonio "LA" Reid's home in Long Island, New York.
Flowers, catering and even Usher's pal, Robin Thicke were booked when his publicist suddenly announced on the day that the ceremony had been cancelled.
The singer's spokesman, Patti Webster, said: "No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected."
Webster refused to comment on whether or not the couple had split.
Usher announced his stylist girlfriend was pregnant in January and the couple confirmed the engagement in June. News of the cancellation of the wedding comes just days after American tabloids reported Foster had a secret criminal past.
Foster's half-sister, Valencia , had spoken out about the stylist's past, including a romance with a drug dealer who was "executed" by a rival gang. - Wenn
