It is very sad when a commu- nity member goes out of her way to help and officialdom retards progress. It is very difficult to come across people like Mabaso. Nation-builder Aggrey Klaaste must be turning in his grave.
More than anything, we have lost ubuntu. The department must help to register the centre and not throw the book at a woman with such a big heart. Let us all help those who have the interest of their people at heart.
