Lucky Zwane, coordinator of Silulumanzi Cup of Mbombela High Schools, which is a netball and soccer competition contested by schools around Nelspruit, said it will be in full swing from tomorrow.

The tournament was suspended due to the civil servants' strike last month.

"As a result, the tournament programme has now been adjusted to cater for the time that was lost," said Zwane.

"All the last-16 games will take place on Wednesday and Friday. On July 30, there will be a quarterfinal draw at Silulumanzi workshop [2.30pm] and the games will be played on August 1."

Zwane said the semifinal will be played on August 8 and 15. The final is scheduled for September 8 at the KaNyamazane Stadium and the prize-giving ceremony is set for September 18 at the Nelspruit Civic Centre.
