"The exact cause of the accident is unknown," said Nagel. The accident happened about 20kilometres outside Bloemfontein on the road to Botshabelo. The woman died at the scene while five people were taken to a Bloemfontein hospital. Nagel said another vehicle crashed into the canopy of the overturned vehicle. - Sapa
