Captain Leonard Hlathi said the truck had no rear light.
"The driver had one passenger and did not stop."
The truck was eventually stopped near Witbank and the driver arrested for reckless driving. The passenger was a wanted man.
Both are expected to appear in the Witbank magistrates' court soon. - Sapa
