The 28-year-old man arrested in connection with the kidnapping of seven-year-old Siluleko Zikode will appear in the Protea magistrates' court today.
The man was arrested on Monday after he had disappeared with the kid on Sunday. The kid was found on Monday.
"I cannot even begin to describe how I feel. I am just so happy that he was not harmed," said Nokuthula Zikode, the mother of the boy.
The man allegedly abducted Siluleko while walking home just after he had separated with his mother. Zikode said she suspected something was wrong when her son did not return home to watch wrestling on TV.
