Unions and health officials in KwaZulu-Natal are confident that relations at hospitals are back to normal despite the animosity between strikers and non-strikers during the strike.
National Education, Health and Allied Workers Union spokesman Supa Zuma said the union was holding report back meetings with members over the wage agreement.
"Things have normalised at the hospitals. We have not received any complaints," Zuma said.
"We will be meeting the health department next week to take matters forward."
Health department spokesman Leon Mbangwa said all hospital operations were back to normal.
"We have not received any complaints and we are hoping that staff relationships are back to normal."
Health and Other Service Personnel Trade Union of South Africa (Hospersa) said it had not had any reports of conflict directed at its 23000 members who had returned to work.
Hospersa was one of the first unions to return to work.
Union spokesman Noel Desfontaines said: "We have not had any reports of conflict from members."
