Workers in the metals and engineering industry belonging to labour union Solidarity will receive wage increases of between 8percent and 9percent after trade unions and employers reached an agreement yesterday. Solidarity said its members would now go back to work. The National Union of Metalworkers South Africa has yet to decide on the wage offer . - I-Net Bridge
