A daily newspaper yesterday reported that the woman had been granted asylum in the Netherlands.
Throughout the rape trial, Khwezi was under heavy police protection.
It emerged in court that after the alleged rape, the first person Khwezi phoned was Minister of Intelligence Ronnie Kasrils.
"We know nothing about her," said Mxolisi Dlamini, head of Kasrils's ministerial services.
