Orlando Pirates' national supporters chairman, Johannes "Mzion" Mofokeng, said the club's followers are not happy that their favourite team missed out on two previous Telkom Charity Cup competitions.
He warned that they have promised to leave no stone unturned with their votes in making sure that the black and white outfit qualify for this year's soccer spectacular.
Mofokeng added that he has even called on all their supporters nationwide to double their efforts and vote for the club.
"We'll be holding an executive meeting on Sunday to strategise, and thereafter we'll be visiting every township in the Vaal, urging everybody to support us," he said.
"We will hold supporters meetings at different areas almost every evening to woo back our fans. I will not rest until I see Pirates leading the voting charts."
Their first strategic meeting will be held at Strikes Place at 9am and they will move to Masunapapa centre where most of the supporters will be casting their votes on the day.
"We're one of the biggest supported teams in the country and we can't afford to miss out on this event. As Pirates we have to lead the way in helping the needy."
He said their next move will be Soweto and from there on they will be going to Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, KwaZulu-Natal, the Northern Cape, the Eastern Cape and the Western Cape.
The vote lines close at 8pm on Tuesday July 24, the teams that make the top four spots will be unveiled at a news conference scheduled for July 30.
By 6pm yesterday Mamelodi Sundowns were still leading with 18 672 votes, Silver Stars reclaimed their second position with 16 751 votes, Kaizer Chiefs were in third place with 14 196 votes and Orlando Pirates in fourth place with 9 778 votes, Bloemfontein Celtic are fifth with 4008 votes.
