What happens when two stones collide?
The answer will be known on Thursday after the collision between two stones in the form of boxers Malcolm Klassen and Lehlohonolo Ledwaba.
Their battle for supremacy will take place at Emperors Palace. Klassen is nicknamed "The Stone" while Ledwaba is known as "Hands of Stone".
No silverware will be at stake but the winner could be in the mix for the IBF junior featherweight title while the loser will be relegated to being a permanent undercard fighter. These gladiators are coming off losses.
Ledwaba lost his WBA Pan African title to Maxwell Awuku in November last year while Klassen lost the IBF belt to Mzonke Fana in April this year.
Ledwaba's defeat was disappointing. According to BoxRec, Awuku from Ghana is a mere novice of five wins in as many fights.
Ledwaba is a vastly experienced former WBU bantam, IBF junior feather and WBU featherweight titlist who boasts 36 wins (23 KOs) from 43 fights.
He gave up in the ninth round but revealed afterwards that he had a serious eye problem. Ledwaba has however warned to spoil the party if he is seen as astepping stone for Klassen, who wants to fight his way back to the world championship. Klassen lost the world title in his first defence. This former undefeated South African featherweight champion has 19 wins (10 Kos) from 25 fights.
Cassius Baloyi and Manuel Medina will fight in the main card. Baloyi's IBO belt and the vacant number one spot in the IBF's junior lightweight weight division will be up for grabs.
These fights will be staged by promoter Rodney Berman who has dubbed them "Make or Break".
