When democracy came into being, women also learnt how to hire hitmen to kill husbands, while husbands commit their own murders to avoid the costs of hiring hitmen. Today, when a husband dies the wife is seen as a primary suspect and when the wife dies, the husband becomes a suspect.
We need to be ashamed of ourselves. Where are we heading?
