Police in KwaZulu- Natal have arrested a 17-year-old boy for alleged sexual abuse of a four-year-old girl.
The suspect, who is the victim's cousin, was arrested yesterday after a tip-off from a neighbour. He had allegedly been abusing the girl since the beginning of this year.
