Coordinator Charlie Herselman said the race will start and finish at the entrance five of the shopping centre, corner of Olievenhout and Northumberland roads.
A 5km fun run will also be held and walkers are also welcome to take part in this yearly event.
The first 1 000 athletes who finish the race will receive medals.
The entrance fee is R20 for the main race and R10 for the fun run. Entries will only be accepted from 6am on race day.
The race will start at 7.30am.
