A Soweto house belonging to a kitchen supervisor at Chris HaniBaragwanath Hospital was stoned this week.
Emily Masango, the grandmother of the man - who refused to be identified - said she suspected the house was attacked because her grandson was not participating in the public service strike.
She said windows of the house were shattered during the incident. "What will patients eat if he does not go to work?" she asked.
