The influential world soccer leader will assess Cape Town's preparations for the 2010 World Cup finals.
"We are excited the president of Fifa is coming, the good thing is that there is tremendous progress for the World Cup," said Pieter Cronje, Cape Town 2010 director.
Blatter, who will be accompanied by CAF president Issa Hayatou, will also be taken to the site of the Green Point Stadium.
