What kind of human beings slaughter other people, as is reported daily in our media?
Every day we read or hear that precious, young and innocent lives have been taken by the savages who roam our streets.
The killing of young Zandile Manganye is a clear indication that our society is full of bastards robbing this country of its potential.
This young and precious life would have achieved much if it was not for the cruel swine who killed her.
It is high time that the legislators and all those responsible for administering the law consider alternative measures in dealing with these killings.
Our young democracy does not need these beasts.
We fully acknowledge the right to life, but if a person takes an innocent life, such a person forfeits the right to life. Maybe it is time that capital punishment is brought back.
Our society must tighten the rope in dealing with these and other crimes that contribute towards tarnishing the image of our country abroad.
My sincere condolences to Zandile's family, friends and schoolmates. Also to the loved ones of all the others who have fallen victim to crime.
We are with you at this sad time in your lives.
