Sprinters Oscar Pistorius and Teboho Mokgalagadi claimed double victories for South Africa at the Visa Paralympic World Cup in Manchester on Sunday.

Sprinters Oscar Pistorius and Teboho Mokgalagadi claimed double victories for South Africa at the Visa Paralympic World Cup in Manchester on Sunday.

Twenty-year-old Pistorius shot to a comfortable first position in both the 100m and 200m men's sprints, setting competition records of 11,64 seconds in the 100m and claiming the 200m gold in a time of 23,17 seconds.

Mokgalagadi added to this reputation in the same distances in his category, clocking times of 13,44 and 28,26 seconds, respectively. - Sowetan
