Mbalula cannot decide on the future of Sanco

I was disappointed after reading the comments of comrade Fikile Mbalula on Sanco.

I was disappointed after reading the comments of comrade Fikile Mbalula on Sanco.

Mbalula said Sanco should be disbanded. I am disgusted by the claims of the ANC Youth League chairman.

Since Mbalula became the chairman of the youth league he has never done anything constructive for the youth.

Instead of being more involved in youth issues, he is focusing on things that barely concern me as a young person.

Mbalula should know that Sanco is not a political organisation, but rather a civic movement which looks after the interests of the poor.

In short, it is a people's movement which can only be disbanded by the community not Mbalula.

As much as comrade Mbalula claims to be a revolutionary, he must make his voice louder on youth issues and stop indirectly campaigning for political supremacy.

I urge members of the community to rally behind Sanco. Sanco like any other organisation has its own challenges.

I hope Mbalula will realise that the future of the youth needs visionaries and leaders with the capacity to act positively on issues that affect them.

He must stop being involved in issues that has nothing to do with the youth.

It is time Mbalula faces reality and work towards positive outcomes for the youth rather than being a power monger.
