I do not agree that we cannot produce call centre managers.

This country has managed to produce leaders in every field. We have doctors and nurses in demand all over the world and now someone says we don't have any call centre managers.

Whenever there is a skills shortage they look only in the Eastern Cape for the relevant people and when they fail to locate any, they conclude there is a skills crisis.

South Africa is a big country and is full of skilled people. The government is looking in the wrong places.
