The battle between the head of the National Association of People Living with Aids (Napwa) and disgruntled staff members of the organisation is continuing unabated.

Napwa members produced financial statements on Wednesday to support their claims of fraud and unfair labour practices against the organisation's director, Nkululeko Nxesi.

The documents claim that Nxesi receives four salaries from the organisation, which amount to R38500 a month. They also claim that Nxesi deducts tax from employees, but never pays it to the taxman.

The spokesman for the workers, Thabisa Dyala, pictured, said they wanted Nxesi to resign.

But his spokesman, Thanduxolo Doro, said Nxesi would not resign.
