The Vodacom League provincial winners in both men and women's categories have been announced amid matters pending in the men's section.
Selokela Mosetle, Safa competitions manager, said: "There are matters pending in four provinces.
"In Free State there is an appeal against the champions African Warriors while in KwaZulu-Natal a pending disciplinary hearing to be heard today is affecting the champions Abaqulisi.
"In Limpopo there is a case pending, which affects champions Makopane and it will be heard on May 5 while in Mpumalanga there is an appeal involving champions Mpumalanga Black Aces," said Mosetle.
The playoffs are set for Free State from May 21 to 27.
