Police have launched a manhunt after another ATM blast in Limpopo at the weekend.

Mopani police spokesman, Moatshe Ngoepe, said four men sped off in a black BMW after bombing an ATM in Namakgale, Phalaborwa at about 3am, barely 200m from a police station.

"We heard a frightening sound and rushed to the scene," he said.

Ronelle Otto of the police commissioner's office said: "Most criminals involved in this scam are from Gauteng. We will not rest until we put them behind bars."
