Baggage handlers employed by Equity Aviation have threatened to strike because of the company's system of docking everyone's pay if one worker damages or steals from luggage or causes a delay. The company said that workers' grievances come as a surprise. It added that pay docking involved a performance-related penalty that had been in place for four years and was part of the wage agreement.
