Woman up for indecent assault of young man
A 30-year-old woman accused of having lured a young man into an area of veld and then forcing herself on him appeared briefly in the Kempton Park magistrates' court yesterday.
The woman, known as Sithole, who faces charges of indecent assault, looked calm when she entered the dock, was not asked to plead.
Sithole and a friend allegedly lured a 21-year-old job seeker away from a brick company by pretending they were also looking for jobs.
They walked with the young man through an open veld where they overpowered him.
According to police, Sithole and her friend threatened him, forced him to take off his pants, and then rubbed a lotion on his penis to stimulate an erection.
The police said his assailants had told him that if he did not do what they ordered him to do they would not give his trousers back to him.
The other woman had stood guard while Sithole had sex with the young man.
Sithole's case was postponed to tomorrow to allow her time to apply for legal aid.
In a separate case, police are still searching for three women who allegedly abducted a 24-year-old man from Tembisa at gunpoint and indecently assaulted him.
The man claimed that three women travelling in a white BMW had abducted him and kept him for three days as a sex slave against his will.
Inspector Manyadza Ralidzhiva said the victim had laid a complaint with police after he had allegedly been dumped in the township by the women.
Ralidzhiva said the man told police that the women, who were older than him, had forced him to drink an unknown liquid.
They had then taken turns to have sex with him.
