Carnival City will be the venue for uplifting musical entertainment when classical musicians and jazz masters take to the stage on April 15.

This festival will feature a combination of jazz, opera, choral and instrumental classical music.

The lineup is impressive and features the jazz trumpeter Johnny Mekoa and the Music Academy of Gauteng, the Afro Tenors, the East Rand Youth Orchestra, Sibongile Mngoma, the Cenestra Male Choir, the Katorus Choir and the RYT Ensemble.

This promises to be a memorable, not-to-be-missed event, which is one of several events being held in Ekurhuleni to mark the 13th commemoration of the death of Chris Hani during Chris Hani Month.

The festival starts at 2pm and tickets, which are priced between R50 and R200, are available at Computicket.
