The response to Metropolitan's experimental Cover2go pay-as-you-go accident cover for the Easter Weekend was "slightly below expectation, but promising nonetheless". Metropolitan offered consumers R60000 accident cover for a R10 SMS or R10000 accident cover for a standard SMS. Cover2go marketing manager Sandy Wilde believes that this project stresses the im-portance of educating South Africans on the value of such products.
