The Pan African Youth Congress of Azania (Payco) welcomes the nomination of Robert Mugabe by Zanu-PF to continue to lead Zimbabwe.

It is interesting that the splinter groups of what used to be the Movement for Democratic Change are complaining about Mugabe's nomination instead of celebrating.

They claim ZANU-PF is fielding an "unpopular" candidate.

One of the MDC groups is threatening to boycott the election if Mugabe stands, but the truth is that the MDC is not ready to contest power in Zimbabwe because it doesn't stand for anything.

More than five political parties have been contesting elections in Zimbabwe and Africans there have been and will choose Mugabe.

African people everywhere in the world are suffering from poverty, starvation, exploitation, suppression, economically forced migration of skills and unemployment.

It is malicious to say Zimbabwe is the only country in Africa enduring economic hardship.

The current regime that is used to frustrate the third chimurenga is not based on management of the economy, but on the perception of the US as the only determiner of monetary value since the ollapse of [the] gold standard.
