League title in sight for Aces

Mpumalanga Black Aces have consolidated their lead in the Mpumalanga Vodacom League after playing to a goalless draw against fellow title contenders Batau Killers at Mpumalanga stadium in Ermelo on Wednesday.

With three games to go, Aces lead the race with 60 points, while Batau follow with 55.

Walter Stars eased their relegation woes with a narrow 1-0 win over ELB Movers. MP Highlanders beat fellow strugglers Secunda Eagles 3-0. FC Spurs beat FC Henemat 1-0.

Rapidly fading Barberton City Stars played to a goalless draw with Winners.
